It can achieve rapid curing at room temperature and high temperature, good moisture resistance, even under the influence of humid environment, it still has excellent thermal conductivity and insulation protection performance.
Conformal coatings can be applied using various methods, including spraying, dipping, brushing, and selective coating. Spraying is a common method because it can be used to coat large areas quickly and efficiently. Dipping is useful for coating components with complex geometries, while brushing and selective coating can be used for precise application of the coating.
