►Operation

►Exposing
Spectral sensitization range: about 350-430 nanometers (maximum 390 nanometers).
Suitable light source: metal halide lamp with gallium or iron iodide added.
During exposure, the rough surface of the diazo film should be set to vacuum (rapid vacuum, no air bubbles)
►Exposing Time
-The best exposure time can be obtained by step-by-step testing. Therefore, in order to obtain the needs of different exposure schedules, appropriate exposure tests must be performed first.
-No pattern is the minimum exposure time, and different pattern densities show different exposure time periods. (Please refer to UV Density Meter) Step-by-step exposure test pieces can also be used. Put this test piece on the diazo piece and the original image
-Between the developing areas, the minimum visual density of 0.15 on the diazo film must be exposed.
-To remove dust and other factors, the minimum exposure time must be increased by about 30-50%
-Underexposure, the image area is blurred; overexposure, the fine lines are offset.
►Repairing
The image may be damaged by a scraper or similar debris removal tool. When repairing, we recommend using a mask pen.
►Cleaning
Most commercial membrane cleaners can be used.
►Storage
Unexposed film: refrigerated (15-20), dry (humidity must not be higher than 60%), unopened packaging to avoid light and ammonia. The maximum shelf life under the above conditions is 12 months.
Exposed film: please put it in the cabinet at room temperature (avoid long-term exposure to light)
