1. Application

This peelable solder mask the circuit boards of different types of soldering processes, and customers can get up when they are solder or at different positions to protection. It can be used in PCB reflow soldering and wave soldering process.

1) Metal surface protection

It can provide a good protection for the gold surface of the circuit board, including some parts of the gold fingers that are very difficult to cover, and will not leave any residue or cause pollution of the protective surface after any kind of soldering process.

2) Main performance

For selective or multiple soldering (such as SMD hybrid placement process, manual and semi-automatic soldering, etc.), a large area of the board can be well covered, the peelable blue glue can also be inserted into the plated through hole, and After welding, it can be peeled off well without any residue. In order to ensure a good stripping effect, the strippable glue must have a screen printing thickness of 300um or more to ensure a certain degree of tension and resistance to reflow soldering, otherwise it may not be torn off after the reflow soldering machine.

2.Characteristic

Color appearance: blue-green;

Solid content: more than 95%;

Viscosity (25°C, VT-04 type viscometer): 900-1500dPS;

Density: 1.22±0.05g/cm3;

Thixotropy: High-strength thixotropy will not sag;

Good resistance to chemicals;

Excellent toughness maintained after repeated soldering;

It can withstand reflow soldering for three times at 270℃ or three times for 10sec at 280℃ in tin furnace;

It can be easily peeled off before and after soldering, and there is no residual pollution.

3. Operating Parameters

1) The thickness of the printing：

2955 can be used for the silk printing process, to ensure the optimal performance, the blue glue thickness is at least 300 micrometers (300-600um).；

2) Screen printing method：

Manual screen printing machine, semi-automatic screen printing machine, automatic screen printing machine;

3) Wire mesh selection：

Net yarn: 12-24t (30-60 mesh) (18T /45 mesh) or hollowed-out wire with bottom plate, the thickness of the base plate is 0.4mm；

Screen tension: above 26N；

The screen printing ink screen printing special screen, the thickness of the screen is 200 microns or above or the base of the adhesive tape to achieve the required blue glue thickness;

4) Scraping gum selection：

Scraping hardness: 65-75

Glue Angle: 70-75

Scraping pressure: 1.5-2.0kg/cm2

Printing speed: 1-2m/min

5) Viscosity control：

The standard viscosity of the shipment is 900-1200dps. If the customer has other viscosity requirements, please contact us to order, but we can't add any thinner. In the printing environment, it is necessary to hold more than 24H to open the tank to avoid the viscosity change caused by the inconsistency of temperature between the warehouse and the printing workshop, which affects the printing and performance.

6) Clean printing tool：

Use alcohol or ketone solvents to clean screen and tools.

9) Storage conditions：

Conditions: temperature (5-25 ℃), humidity (35-65%), sealed environment.

Time: six months; It is recommended to be used within two weeks after opening.
