3) Open Bath and Operation

1. Open bath: 15-20%

2. Operation Condition

Temperature: 50-60℃
Spraying time: 1-2 minutes

3. Analysis and addition method:

accurately take 1ml bath sample and add it to a 250ml conical flask,
add about 50ml of pure water, then add 3-5 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, and read 0.1N hydrochloric acid consumption χ when titrating with 0.1N hydrochloric acid from red to colorless.
Bath alkali equivalent (OH-): 0.1*χ(N)
Tank liquid alkali equivalent (OH-) control range: 0.5-1.0N
It is recommended to use automatic replenishment to maintain the pH value of the remover liquid>12.0
