The alkaline etching solution belongs to the copper ammonia complex ion system, which is suitable for the etching copper process of the fine pitch printed circuit board; the high speed, high copper content, and special additives make the chemical solution have excellent stability and can be applied to all kinds of High-precision inner and outer layers of resist.

Slot Matching Steps:

Add CW water, spray cycle cleaning for more than half an hour, drain away;
Add 5% HCl solution, spray cycle cleaning for more than one hour, and drain;
Add CW water, spray cycle cleaning for more than half an hour, drain away;
Add 5% ammonia water, spray cycle cleaning for more than half an hour, drain away;
Add alkaline etching mother liquor to the standard liquid level.

5) Process Control & Maintenance

1. S.G control adopts automatic control by automatically adding alkaline etching chemical;
2. The pH value is controlled automatically by adding concentrated ammonia water automatically;
3. If the shutdown time is too long, 5-10 liters of concentrated ammonia should be added appropriately to avoid excessive NH3 volatilization loss;
4. If the shutdown time exceeds 48H, the etching mother liquor needs to be drawn out and stored in a closed container.

Once a month, clean the alkaline etching working tank according to the tank matching steps;
Once a month, 10um cotton core filters alkaline etching mother liquor.
