Brown Oxide Activator
An important step in the Brown Oxide process of the browning activation chemical. This step is before the brown oxide treatment. After alkaline cleaning and water washing, the production board enters the activation solution for activation treatment, and then directly enters the brown oxide tank. This step ensures uniform coverage of the organic metal film in the subsequent brown oxide treatment.
1) Product Feature
1. It is an important step in the Brown process;
2. The electrochemical potential of the copper surface is balanced to ensure the stable and uniform bite rate during the browning treatment;
3. Avoid the pollution brought by the potion through the surface of the board, and protect the working fluid of the browning tank

The parameters of the brown oxide activator are as follows:

Slot Matching Steps:
①Clean the tank;
②According to the specific tank volume, calculate the required addition amount of each component according to the parameters in the above table;
③Add about half of the tank volume of deionized water;
④Add the brown oxide activator according to the calculated amount and stir well;
⑤Replenish water to the corresponding tank volume scale;
⑥Heat to the set temperature and prepare for production.

5) Process Control & Maintenance
①Add parameters:
The adding parameters of the brown oxide activator are recommended as follows:

②Maintenance: It needs cleaning and maintenance every time the tank is renewed

②Storage conditions: 5℃-40℃, avoid heat and direct sunlight

②Do not breathe its vapor.
③Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
