Alkaline cleaner is a multifunctional alkaline cleaner developed by our company. It can effectively remove all kinds of contaminants on the circuit board, including grease, fingerprints, oxides, and may remain in the pattern transfer process. ①Clean the tank
②According to the specific tank volume, calculate the required addition amount of each component according to the parameters in the above table
③Add about half of the tank volume of deionized water
④Add alkaline cleaner according to the calculated amount and stir well
⑤Replenish water to the corresponding tank volume scale
⑥Heat to set temperature and prepare for production

5) Process Control & Maintenance

The consumption of alkaline cleaner is mainly caused by drag out, so its consumption has a lot to do with the condition of the equipment, the specifications of the production board and the frequency of cylinder changes. At the same time, it should be noted that the temperature of this tank is high, and the evaporation is large. Please pay attention to the liquid level of the tank and replenish deionized water in time.

①Add parameters:

Mode 1 (steady state operation): the steady state operation mode of automatically adding the emission system (recommended)

It is recommended to use the automatic adding and draining system, which can extend the working life of the tank liquid. Under normal circumstances, 5-10 liters of working fluid needs to be replaced for every 100 square meters (cutting area) circuit boards produced. In this mode, the life of the bath is about 50-60 square meters/L (cutting board area).

Mode 2 (Single-tank operation): Single-tank operation mode without automatic addition of an exhaust system

Under the control of no automatic addition and discharge system, the potion needs to be adjusted to the best value according to the analysis result. In this mode, the life of the bath is shorter, about 8-12 square meters/L (cutting board area).
