Organic Acid-Type Micro-Etching Agent
This product is a new type of organic copper surface super-roughening microetching agent developed by our company. The product has a simple process and can form a layer of uniform super-roughened surface on the copper surface, which greatly increases the specific surface area of the copper surface. Significantly improve the bonding force of the copper surface, which is very suitable for the pretreatment of the dry and wet film of the precision circuit board and the photosensitive solder mask.

6) Process Control & Maintenance
①Adding Parameters
Use organic acid copper surface super-roughening micro-etching agent mother liquid to open the tank, and control the copper content within the operating range by adding organic acid copper surface ultra-roughening micro-etching agent replenishment solution. When the copper content is lower than the lower limit, it indicates micro-etching If there is too much water in the tank or the addition of organic acid copper surface super-roughening micro-etching solution, the tank needs to be re-opened; if the copper content exceeds the upper limit, it means that the micro-etching tank is insufficiently added, and the solution parameters need to be adjusted, and the addition parameter setting must be checked. Certainly.
Automatically add the potion according to the production board volume, usually about 50-80 liters of replenishing solution per 100 square meters (copper area and 100%, the amount of micro-etching is 1.0μm); or use the copper content controller to add replenishment through copper content changes Under normal circumstances, the micro-corrosion rate of the solution should be measured regularly to analyze the copper content in the solution; when the control range is exceeded, the copper content controller should be corrected in time and the addition parameters should be adjusted.
②Control Methods for Downtime Reproduction
When the production line is down for more than one day, before starting production again, it is recommended to replace about 20% of the working fluid in the micro-etching tank with the organic acid copper surface super-roughening micro-etching agent replenisher (for example, there are 400 liters of working fluid in the micro-etching tank. , Drain 80 liters of working fluid, add 80 liters of organic acid copper surface super-roughening micro-etching agent replenisher), and make the board normally after the start-up cycle, which can better ensure the uniformity and stability of the board appearance.
③Machine Maintainance
(1) Filter element: replace at least weekly;
(2) Clean the tank body before each new opening;
(3) Daily inspection items
a. Check whether the circulation system and liquid level in the tank are normal;
b. Check whether the operation of the ventilation, heater and mechanical stirring is normal;
c. Check the quality of washing water;
d. Check whether there are any abnormal phenomena such as fading, leakage, etc.;
(4) The pump should be calibrated every three months;
(5) Maintenance period:
a. Ensure that no one turns on the equipment during maintenance;
b. Use the maintenance file or cut off the power supply;
c. Wear protective glasses, rubber gloves, and work clothes when handling chemicals
