FPC Silicone-free Release Film

    The silicone-free release film is based on a high-flat, high-clean polyester film, with a thickness of 25-150UM transparent substrate and 12μ-100μ matte substrate. The film is a high-performance, environmentally friendly, silicone-free release liner. The film, the base material is a modified high-temperature resistant film, which is made by special surface treatment without silicone oil release agent and processed by post-curing. It has no silicon environmental protection, no residue, excellent temperature resistance, chemical stability and release performance. It is widely used in printed circuit boards, FPC flexible circuit boards, adhesive die-cutting, tape adhesives, electrical and electronic, printing and packaging and other fields.
